WHAT TO DO IN AN EMERGENCY

First and foremost, don’t panic.

If you are in any doubt, give us a call, you won’t be waking us up. Our team can advise on whether a visit is necessary. But bear in mind, if you have any worries or concerns, we are happy to see you and your pet.

Please phone ahead before visiting our surgery – our teams need to be prepared for the arrival of you and your pet.

Please be aware that our team will require payment for treatment at time of consultation either with cash or by credit card.

We would ask that you make arrangements for bringing your pet to us at the surgery. However we appreciate that this is not always possible, if you are unable to arrange transport yourself please call us for your options.
